Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure your return is tracked and covered.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box before affixing the return label.

  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
